Two prisoners, Ray and Claude, bury the burned bodies of two lifers at the ‘Parchman Farm’ prison of Mississippi. They were convicted of a murder, they hadn’t committed, framed by a local authority. They had to spend 65 years in the prison. Ray was a rapid-talking trick-gamer and Claude was about to work as a bank teller. The story is about their early life incidents which include loss of Ray’s watch, the murder, and the trial, the hardships of the prison, and the relationship of Claude and ray as they spend 65 years in prison desperate to find a way to escape.
